The Hike for Hospice & Palliative Care is a special day that enhances a sense of community, increases awareness and raises funds for Valley Hospice and Annapolis Valley Palliative Care.

Valley Hospice Foundation raises funds to assist with care across the continuum of hospice and palliative care, from diagnosis through end-of-life, including bereavement support and care for families and loved ones.

Coming together to remember someone special and to honour our personal connections to hospice and palliative care is at the heart of the Hike.
