Notice of Annual General Meeting
Thursday June 10 2021 – 7 pm
The 2021-22 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Valley Hospice Foundation will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, 10 June 2021.
The public meeting will be held virtually using Zoom video conferencing technology.
Special Guest Speaker: Susan Miles, Program Lead for Palliative Care Volunteers, NSH
Members of the public are invited to participate in the Zoom meeting by registering with their name, address and email before the meeting.

The deadline to register is 4pm Wednesday June 9.
During the meeting the Members of the Society will elect new Board Members, including replacements for who are completing their current term.
The meeting will include guest speaker, Susan Miles, Volunteer Program Lead for Hospice Palliative Care, NSH.
